Arriving by bus (from Helsinki or Helsinki-Vantaa airport)

If you are coming straight from the bus to the conference venue, we recommend getting off at the stop called Tuomiokirkko / the Cathedral. The next stop from the Cathedral is the Turku Bus Station. From the Cathedral it is about a 10 minutes’ walk from the stop along the Piispankatu to the conference venue in Arken.

Arriving by train (from Helsinki)

The last stop for the train from Helsinki is Kupittaa (Turku). There are a couple of stairs leading up from the platforms, but you should take the ones that have a sign “Joukahaisenkatu/Tykistökatu” above. After climbing the stairs, turn left and walk until you reach an intersection with Lemminkäisenkatu. There should also be a sign pointing right to the University of Turku (Turun yliopisto) at this intersection. The walk is about 20 minutes, or 1,3 km.

Arriving to Turku Airport

From the Turku Airport it is a 20 min. car ride to the conference venue and to the city center.

An other option is to take the local bus line 1 to the city center (Market square) and walk 20 minutes to the conference venue.
