Polin Seminar: How to prepare for a defense

The title of the seminar is “How To Prepare For a Defense”. The presenters are the Section head at the Research Services Pia-Maria Kallio, Professor Pamela Slotte, ThD Niklas Antonsson and the Head of Research at the Polin Institute Mika Vähäkangas.
Pia-Maria Kallio will share how the process before a public defense looks like from the viewpoint of the faculty, Pamela Slotte will share how the process looks like from the viewpoint of the professor/supervisor, and Mika Vähäkangas will share how the process looks like from the viewpoint of the opponent. Niklas Antonsson defended his thesis last year and will share his experiences and best practices.
The seminar will be held in English.
